My main motivation to learn about fitness in the past has been to keep myself in shape for high risk security work and to be able to perform my duties as an infantryman in combat. Now that I am home (again), I want to help other people get better results with their fitness and weight loss efforts.

My wife Rachel posts reviews and blogs from time to time. She is a working mom who just wants to stay in shape and can relate to the struggles of balancing all those things. We have an 8 year old daughter, and 3 year old twins
