Recommendations For
Women:
If you are just starting out, here are some recommendations.
The
Kettlebell Goddess Workout DVD with
Andrea Du Cane, Senior RKC -
This is the newest DVD in my workout video collection. It includes
Goddess workouts as well as a design-your-own-workout feature. Many of
the workouts are short, allowing you to do two if you wish or to
eliminate your excuse of not having enough time! I love the abs and
core workout as well as the legs and butt workout in particular. You
gotta get this one!

Kettlebell Goddess Workout, Andrea DuCane.
Women's Ultimate
Kettlebell Workout Kit with Andrea Du Cane,
Senior RKC -
If you are like me, gosh, you love anything that comes in a kit! This
kit is a new offering at Dragondoor.
If you have a bit of experience with Kettlebells, you might want to try
an ultimate Kettlebell Workout Kit. Ultimate Kits come with Andrea's
Kettlebell Goddess DVD and your choice of Kettlebell - 18, 26, or 35 lb.

From
Russia With Tough Love, Pavel Tsatsouline - Book and DVD
-
If
you are a beginner, you will want to start with one of the other videos
or books first so that you can learn the exercises thoroughly. From
Russia With Tough Love, the book or DVD, would be my
recommendation if you are a beginner. This DVD will illustrate
different exercises, but if you need a detailed workout to follow by
video, add either the Goddess
video to your order or one of those listed below.

Russia with Tough Love!
Kettlebells
the Iron Core Way, Volumes 1 and 2, Sarah Lurie -
For many months, I tried to do Volume 2 twice a week and Volume 1 once
a week. Trust me - that's enough and a great week! As I mentioned, you can design your own
workouts with your Kettlebell. I did so for almost a year. Right now,
however, I am LOVING these new DVDs. Check them out if your budget
allows. If you are a beginner, volume I would be challenging for you
and a great buy. See my detailed reviews of volume
1 and volume
2 for more information on these DVDs. Purchase Volume 1 or
Volume 2 only or order both, as I did!
