A lot of
things have changed since I’ve been here at fitkettlebell.com. Imagine my surprise when I checked things out
tonight (yeah, it’s been like a year), to find we’d missed some broken links
and other things and hadn’t kept very good track of our website.
these things happen.
This is a
picture of me … and my brother, Jared. He is my middle brother, and always will
be, though my youngest brother and I miss him dearly. He passed away last year. And he has been
such an inspiration for me – though it’s come through loss – to stay fit, to
work at it, to pick myself up even after I’ve fallen for awhile.
helped us with our websites; I’m finding his shoes a bit impossible to fill.
We’d like to ask you to be patient as we rebuild fitkettlebell.com. Staying
active was really important to Jared; he skated, ran, hiked, climbed, walked,
played with his kids, and even snow shoed, as pictured here. As I’ve worked
through this loss, I’ve found a love for running, for hiking, and memories of
times I used to go outside more, breathe more, and live more … and so that’s
what I seek to do again in this year following our loss.

loss tips for women and men, as well as ideas about how to eat well and
encourage your family to stay healthy together. We will continue to introduce
you to quality kettlebell products from dragondoor.com. And beyond that, we
hope you’ll grow fit with us, as we write about our experiences. Thanks for
